All items purchased from the store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the original invoice is produced and the items are in their original packaging (if applicable) and in perfect condition. This policy does not apply to toiletries, cosmetics, jewellery and perfumes.
If you want a refund for the items you've purchased, a credit note will be issued to you. We're sorry, we do not provide a cash refund under any circumstances.
